House is a large luxury property set just outside Woodbridge and not far from the BT offices in Martlesham. The house has everything that you would expect of a large 5-bedroom detached executive house including

- Fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, oven, grill, microwave, etc etc
- Wireless broadband, Sky +
- All bills included (except phone)
- Large outdoor patio, furniture and bbq

You would be sharing with a professional non-smoking individual, discount given for a weekday let (Monday - Friday) and I'm looking to share with someone else who is a professional non-smoker. Happy to share with either a male or a female (I'm a 30yr old guy) very relaxed and chilled out
