Hi

I need a 4 bed house from around september time.

i am a single mum of 6 children, i do work so not dss.

trouble is i don't have loads of money for rent and a deposit up front.

i hope there is some kind landlord out there willing to help me.

i have landlord and job references also a personal reference.

we are a good family, just need to move as our landlord needs to sell their house, this is the 2nd time this has happened this year.

i just want my children to get settled and be happy.

any area of ipswich but west would be perfect.
