Ad-hoc daytime Mary Poppins available (Sudbury & Ipswich)

I have decided to offer my services on an ‘ad-hoc’ Mary Poppins basis, from an hour to a morning to an afternoon to a day if required! Never underestimate the power of a relaxing, quiet & lone Bubble Bath or a simple thing as a sit down for a coffee with or without company, & of course, that invaluable Xmas shopping

I am easy-going, fair but firm & have natural built-in skills that a course or training cannot teach when it comes to an individual child. I adore children & love being in the company of them.

Despite not having any formal qualifications, at 42 years old, I do have extensive life experience in caring for children from birth upwards. My personal experiences include Childminding, Live-in Nanny, Classroom Assistant in both mainstream & special needs schools, LINK Carer with Social Services (providing Respite Care), Playgroup Assistant, Playschemes & numerous babysitting for friends & colleagues. I also have experience with children with physical & learning disabilities, including ADD, ADHD & Autism.

Unfortunately: I do not drive. However, I am a dab-hand on the bus during the day &, should it be necessary, evening transport for a Taxi is not a problem (cost of which is negotiable!) Due to transport, to a degree I am limited to LOCAL ONLY (perhaps CO10 2YB area) but within Ipswich can be available between 10.30am - 2.30pm.

Fees (hours negotiable) are £4.00 per hour or part hour daytimes (other times/fees negotiable!)

So, for that hour or two to yourself (remember that bubble bath or coffee!) & helping Santa with his Xmas shopping ...
