My Client is a well respected Driving recruitment organisation which has a strong reputation in the market for their professionalism and reliability. With success and expansion, a position has come up for an experienced senior Recruiter to join their successful Ispwich office which covers all the surrounding areas including Felixstowe.

As a Senior Consultant, you will make use of the full recruitment cycle, adopting very hands on approach you will be involved in candidate generation and handling existing accounts, as well as winning and managing new business - building and developing strong relationships with influential Driving sector clients.


You will be given the space to drive your desk forward and really take advantage of all opportunities.

You will be an experienced recruiter with at least 18-24 months experience from within the Driving sector with a proven and successful billing history.


You will be confident, tenacious and driven, with the motivation and professionalism to excel in all you do and the determination to earn a great salary; you will also be charismatic, showing a flair for building relationships with all kinds of people. You will become part of a focussed and dynamic environment, with great scope for career progression as well as a fantastic commission structure.


Up to 25k basic + commission and car allowance up to £250 per month
