Sales Account Manager

£18'000 - £20'000 + (£23k OTE) + Progression + Training & Development

Are you a highly motivated account manager looking to join a prestigious training provider where you can progress eventually to the Sales Manager?

This highly autonomous role would suit a sales person with knowledge of the Training Sector where progression, stability and job security is attainable. You will be responsible for account management and delivering the best solutions for existing clients. You will also be heavily involved in business development and securing new business to insure that their expansion goals are met.

This training provider is looking to dominate the UK within the industry delivering NVQ training, and apprentices. The company has recently undergone an expansion drive and is therefore looking for an account manager with a strong new business ethic who will be responsible for employer engagement and finding learners work placements throughout the industry.

You will be instrumental in the growth and development of the company and In return for your skills and passion you will be offered a competitive salary, further training and development and a fast moving, dynamic and rewarding environment to work in.


You will be working directly with the Sales Manager to secure new learners and be responsible for placing them within local business so experience of liaising with external sources is essential. It is also required that you have people facing and negotiation skills with the ability to lead and inspire others.


To apply for this post it is essential that you have a proven track record within sales and account management. It is preferable to have previous marketing experience and also possess experience within Work Based Learning or a training environment.
