I know. It all sounds and looks so easy on TV but in real life it's a nightmare.

Thats where I come in to the equation.

Hi .

I'm Gary I have been a VIP Master Chef for many years and have cooked for royalty and dignitories and well as celebrities and the beautiful general public. I have also taught endless amounts of people how to cook but it doesn't end there.

I also teach you how to plan a party and how to keep the party moving in the right direction. From table laying to cooking and serving. At the end of my course you will have all the skills to be a perfect host.

My course is for 9 hours:
these hours may be booked individualy or in blocks.

Hour 1 = knife skills - Basic sauces, simple soups, table laying.
Hour 2 = Frying Meat and poaching fish.
Hour 3 = Making pastry (Pies, Flans)
Hour 4 = Making and cooking pasta, cooking rice dishes
Hour 5 = Making curries, Choosing ingredients.
Hour 6 = Making Desserts
Hours 7-9 = Your dinner party ( up to eight cover) with me making sure your ok and nothing goes wrong.

Price of food not included

There are obvious things that you require such as a fully working cooker, fridge and freezer, as well as basic cooking equipment. I will discuss this at the time of booking.
