This well established Motor Trade Car Dealership has an opening for an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful organisation. You must have experience within a main franchised dealer and knowledge of the Kerridge system would be a distinct advantage. You also need to possess excellent customer service skills and be a confident relationship builder, able to advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service whilst also achieving the company objectives and targets. You will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customer’s satisfaction.
