A respected and professional Broker is looking for a talented sales professional to be trained into handling and managing the acquisition of new Clients.
Ultimately there will be a significant amount of face to face contact and negotiation with senior business owners and directors so you will have the personal charm and credibility to impress at this level. You would be supported and trained carefully before visiting prospective clients on your own.
Working as part of a professional and friendly team, this position is ideal for a candidate wishing to progress their career into an external sales role.
The successful candidate will be trained to be able to maintain and develop income opportunities for the company and to win, retain and develop Corporate clients. Ultimately you will be responsible for providing a first class service and handling all of their insurance requirements.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
1. Superb communication skills
2. Excellent personal organisation and administration
3. Commercial insurance experience/knowledge
4. Ability to work as a self-starter and co-operatively with team members
As well as a very good basic salary, you will have the opportunity to benefit from an excellent commission bonus structure to enable you to earn significantly more. Once you have completed your training you will also be provided with a company car.
