we are sharing in with family (again)after not being able to keep up with the rent (again)

we are looking for a landlord who has a large (3 room plus) property to rent (absolutely anywhere in UK) who is willing to take us without a deposit and be patient while the housing benefit comes through

a very very very big wish - an indulgent, patient, humanist landlord...

i am very well educated, physically fit (44) and willing to contribute in-kind with work/services/maintenance - my wife and children are beautiful - the children very well behaved
