Must allow Smokers and pets. we have 2dogs and 3cats all are well trained/toilet trained, but we cannot bare to part with them. We are very reliable and would like a house that we can decorate tastefully at our own expense.

We have no choice but to find a larger home as my step brother is now living with us and the house itself is only 2bedroom. Myself and my fiance share a room, My mother and step father share a room and my step brother is forced to sleep in the dining room but space is becoming very tight here.

We would prefer a house with a garden. But any accomodation will be greatfully lived in. Rent will always be paid in full. And we are a very quiet friendly family, and you should expect no bother from us at anytime.
