Chef de Partie.Our client is a 4 star Hotel on the Suffolk coast and are recruiting a Chef de Partie for their 2AA Restaurant. The hotel offers stylish modern European food and some British Classics with a twist. We are looking for a Chef de Partie who is committed to producing outstanding food from local and seasonal produce.
Job Description
The Chef de Partie will report to the Sous Chef and mange junior staff on their section. The food is a strong 2AA Rosettes and the client wants to ensure that this standard is maintained. You will work on all sections and training and development is available to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
Experience
You will already have good experience of working in a AA Rosette standard hotel or restaurant. NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is preferred.
