Seeking shop

I am trying to start a business offering business services e.g. telephone answering, copany formation, etc. I am need a shop for about 6 months to see if it works. I have litle money as a startup, but I can offer my IT services in exchange.

I will also do any decorating to bring the property upto scratch.
