We are currently working on behalf of our forward thinking and expanding client who have an exciting new position for a Contact Centre Manager.
The role will entail the management of 2 Team Leaders and of a team of 15 telesales operatives.
Duties include:
Coaching and motivation of team managers and operatives
Recruitment of staff
Forecasting
Managing process
Thinking strategically
Managing the day to day running of the contact centre
We require applicants who have worked in a similar role within a call centre environment and the successful applicant will have experience of managing Managers as well as sales operatives.
Requirements:
Experience of managing process
Proactive and hands on approach
Proven experience of analysing statistics and improving processes
Approachable and friendly attitude
Strong managerial experience within a call centre environment
Experience of managing sales staff
