I have a 2 bedroom flat on the waterfront and I am looking for someone to take my room while I travel for 4-6 months.
It is a large furnished double room, with an en-suite shower room. The flat has a seperate bathroom which is currently solely used by my flatmate.
The flat is non smoking and has a balcony overlooking the water.
I would prefer a non smoker(s) - and you must be employed full time.
