hi there my name is daran i have a one bed flat that i want to rent i dont stay there much at all infact not really aint been there for over a month i stay at my parnters all the time so i want someone who would look after my flat in return cheap rent and there will only be electric bill when it comes in the flat is fully furnished it has everything in there washing machine/dryer/cooker/tv/freeveiw box/double bed in fact all u would have to bring is your suitcase with ur clothes and yourself its in ipswich town centre i pay 530 a month for it so need to get the help with the rent rather than give it up as its a nice flat,so iam looking for a flatmate really coz i mite be there from time to time but not that much so u will really have the place to urself how good does that sound you dont get many fully furnished flats for that price do u? well ring me if ur interestsd and ill show u round and if i like u and think ur suitable then its urs there is no deposit only 2 months rent up front so if its for you then call me male or female welcome and i must state that i dont mind if u have people stay over just not to much noise please will explain when i show u round
