were a young couple seeking a double room or house/flat share.

male just started full time work
female in full time college

wifi would be good,
were friendly & quiet, yet sociable people
both non smokers (dont mind if other people smoke, but we dont)
must be in the LOWESTOFT area.

we dont have large amounts of money for rent in advance or deposit but we have good references.

phoning or texting me is better as cant get on net that much.
