Looking for a one bedroom flat, or a studio flat in the Ipswich area that can hold a couple. Must have parking for at least one car, if two that is a bonus. Looking for a long term place to stay, ideally must be nearer to the town centre.


If the flat is part furnished this is a bonus, but doesn't have to be.
Looking for rent alone, max of £350 per month, and bills seperate.
Hopefully will allow pets as well as we have one kitten.

Both are working, and can provide references and deposit if required.
