Each community in Spain charges an annual fee which is used to make run that community. Prices vary depending on how many properties are in the community and what type of properties. The Community bill for Estrella del Mar is around 1300 to 1400 per 6 months. This includes water. AGM Meeting around the end of February to discuss itinerary for year.
