Hello I am looking for a fun, tidy people to share with myself (29)and my Labrador Vista in large 3 bed victorian terrace. (see picture)

Nice area of town known as Broomhill easy to walk to town centre 8mins, good access onto trunk roads. Amenities such as shops, takeouts, drycleaners, doctors, dentists, pharmacy, tan shop, hairdressers & beauty salon, pubs and bus stops 1mins down road along with two nice parks and a library up the road.

If that wasn't enough I also enjoy a beer or two and go out most weekends. I am a member of the local gym but never go (hey who does!) however I do enjoy watersports and I play hockey.

I work office hours and I work in the construction industry and study part time at college.

I have one room to rent

The room is double, furnished (can be unfurnished), at the rear of house so quiet and is a reasonable size. Double bed, wardrobe, chest drawers, 3 draw bedside chest and cupboard, mirror and shelve. Window double glazed overlooks garden.

New Kitchen and utility room, new large bathroom, new lounge soon to be finished dining room and the Garden is just finished so you even have use of the bbq, veg patch and green house.

Parking is on the road but there is always space
