Do you have Application Support experience with Livelink, Microsoft Sharepoint or Trackwise? We are looking for a Application Support Specialist to join a leading Biotechnology company based in the Suffolk area. Paying upto £35k + 3% bonus

The ideal candidate will have skills in the following -

-Application Support experience
-Training experience - small / medium groups
-Software supplier contract management and SLA's
-Able to gather requirements from users for business needs
-Package experience - Livelink, Trackwise or Microsoft Sharepoint
-Content Management
-Good problem solving / communication skills
-Project team experience to implement a application or service impacting on several departments.

You will provide full lifecycle Application Support for all the company's IT systems at their Haverhill site. You will work with the Applications and Operations teams to ensure the systems are running smoothly, that support issues are resolved and the users are fully trained and operational.

You will also get involved in managing support contracts in line with SLAs. A key element of the role will be to define application requirements to address the clients needs. You will do this by speaking to different types of personnel in order to gather their requirements.
