We have a current vacancy with our progressive and forward thinking client who manufacture and design pumps.

The successful candidate will come from a technical background with previous experience of working within a similar role within a pump manufacturing firm.
Candidate requirements:
Confident and pro-active approach
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a small team
Technically minded
Numerate and literate
Previous customer service experience within this industry

Duties will include:
Liaising with customers in regards to the status of their orders
Dealing with customer enquiries
Pricing of the pumps
Pump selection both manually and on the computer
Preparation of bespoke proposals

Ideally candidates will have knowledge of centrifugal pumps.
