hi thanks for reading in advance.

we have a three bed semi detached( just one house next to me) council house in a 98% private road in wickford essex postcode (ss12 9dr).
we are all double glazed and have a down stairs wc as well as the upstairs one. we have a separate dinning room and living room with a galley style kitchen. the stairs sweep round from the dining room and we have a good sized bathroom with sink, wc, bath and brand new self heating (does not take from the tank or does not need hot water) power shower which is over the bath and is tiled all the way up with shower curtains and rails also a brand new safety flooring. (the shower is a mira )
we have two double rooms and a box room, but i have the box room, it fits a king size bed in.

we have a front garden(19ft wide/18ft long) which has a wooden picket fence around and the council are renewing this at some point. our back garden (19ft wide/48ft long)is half paved and half grass and has a large brick built shed and a double ended garage in it and a back gate. you can walk completely around the house.i
our neighbours are lovely and are private owners, i am happy to take anyone to meet my neighbours next door and any where you point too, this is a lovely area and very friendly.

the school is a 5 min walk away (primary) which has just one class a year and is modern in its approach and treats the children so well all four of my youngest go there.
the secondary school is also 10 min walk away, my oldest daughter has just left there with 17 gcse,s it also has its own sixth form collage and is a science center of excellance. it has its own swimming pool etc. there is a huge out of area waitng list and they only take a handful each year it is a very very sought after school and this house is catchment area so they have to take you.

the town is again a ten min walk with main train station to london and southend on sea either way. there is also a bus stop and the end of the road.
we have a two min walk away local shops if you dont fancy going in to wickford itself.
wickford had its own swimming pool, library and community center.
the crime rate is very low, you might get the odd couple of old ladies row over who was fist in the bus que but thats about it lol.

we would like a three to four five and up lol any where considered except london, basildon and pitsea areas. we are happy to go as far as scotland for the right house.
our reason is simple for moving all though quite sad for me is that my family live a couple of miles away and my husband and my father came to blows which upsets all of us and we as a family feel that we need to out some distance between us tbh.
