We are in need for a rental property on the outskirts of ipswich or felixstowe area.

My husband works at the docks and I am at Ipswich Hospital. We have 1 son who is 17 and a german shepherd who is 7. The dog is house trained.

We are also motorcyle enthusiasts and would either need a garage or alternatively a large enough rear garden to put up a shed to house the bikes.

We have owned our own house now for 7 years but have just sold it. We have exchanged contracts with completion on notice. We can give employment references but don't have a previous landlord.

Our son goes to Northgate 6th form so if the property is close to there it is also acceptable.
