Urgent Contract position has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst, ideally with government sector experience.

Your CV will demonstrate clear commercial experience within a 1st and 2nd Line Support role, covering Helpdesk, System Administration and Software Support. You will be expected to take the lead in trouble shooting both client and server side issues, ensuring that calls are resolved efficiently whilst providing excellent customer service.

Essential Skills:

1st Line Technical Support
2nd Line Technical Support
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Group Policies and Active Directory
Excellent understanding of MS Operating Systems

Candidates who are MCP, MCSE or/and MCSA Certified will take preference. You must be available to interview and commence contract next week.
