Housekeeper occasional childcare

Hi there,
I've registered with a few au pair/ housekeeper sites as I will need help with my home & kids when I return to work following the bereavement of my wife. To add to the problem I work shifts (nights & weekends) in London. Typically I have a busy 7 weeks and am then off for 2 weeks.

Ideally I'm looking for someone to help with the house, cleaning, washing, ironing etc and keep an eye on the kids, -as they're teenagers & pretty self sufficent they only need a bit of reminding to clear up after themselves etc.

In exchange I can offer you your own room, rent free, some pocket money (£50 a week?) and you'd be free whenever I was at home.

Additional info, we have a dog & cat and don't smoke,
