Junior Sous, Sous & Senior Sous Chef required for new opening in Canary Wharf
With one very successful restaurant to their name already the second is due to open in mid October with several more planned for 2010.
They are a small collection of fabulous, individual establishments where everything they serve is freshly prepared daily on the premises using carefully sourced ingredients serving a Modern European menu, of which you will have full input.
This is a very exciting time to join this small group who are looking for Head Chefs of the future
To be successful you will
• Be either an established Sous Chef looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene or a strong Chef de Partie looking for the step up into a more managerial role.
• Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude
• Have fresh produce and high volume experience
• Some Gastro / Restaurant experience preferred although not essential
• Be able to produce and demonstrate food that stands up to 2AA rosettes
• Be a good communicator and leader as you will be working within brigades of 12+
In return you will be offered
• An attractive basic salary of between £20- 27,000 depending on level and experience
• Tips & Bonus of up to £5000 per annum
