A 1st Line / Service Desk Technician is required for a busy Help Desk in Witham - Essex fora 3 month contract ( Likely to be extended)
Your role will be answering between 60 - 80 calls a day working to strict KPI, SLAs and Support tasks ( such a email / managing incidents) ,ensuring all incidents and requests are registered on call logging systems ( HP Openview) .
Candidates must have previous customer Service experience on a helpdesk / Service Desk and be familiar with MS Opperating systems ( XP ) and MS application experience ( Outlook ) and Helpdesk tools such as ACD System , Call logging System ( Openview), Remote Tools ( SMS) or Similar and Active Directory. You will have excellent communication skills and good problem diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
Experience of ITIL Foundation, MCP , MCDST and McAfee Safeboot experience is desirable .
This role will pay between £8 PAYE or £10.66 Ltd / Umbrella depending upon experience
