Our well established Client is currently seeking a Management Information Technician to join their busy and professional team on a Maternity Cover contract.

Working within a small team of Data Analysts, you will be responsible for the management, interrogation and extraction of data from several different databases for use by over a hundred large corporate Clients as well as financial management reporting by internal departments.

Main responsibilities:
1. Run and validate client reports in response to requests from technical departments that enable Management, Staff and Clients to make informed decisions regarding their business.
2. To verify the accuracy of monthly or quarterly report runs and to rectify or refer any problems before issuing reports to commissioning departments.
3. To assist the team in regular review of stored data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
4. To regularly communicate with internal and external clients to ensure reports issued are in line with requirements and to agree changes as necessary
5. Testing of the accuracy of data in newly developed reports.

The successful applicant will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Access. Also the ability to apply data reporting skills and provide accurate and relevant reports.

This role would be a Maternity Cover, initially for 6 months with the possibility of lasting 12 months .
