Live action Vampire: The Requiem game in Ipswich

Hello there, due to a distinct lack of any form of live action gaming in Ipswich I am looking to start up a Live action vampire:the requiem game to begin with primarily I am looking for two things

1) A venue.. I have several in mind at the moment but i am looking for one which keeps costs to a minimum so maximum can be spent on prop's set dressing etc.

2) Players, I am currently attemtping to guage the level of interest for something like this to see if it is feasible to run as a veteran of many LRP events i want something that is close to home and that while interesting old players, will bring some new players to the fold aswell.
