A regional housebuilder are looking to recruit a Land Director to be based from their offices in Suffolk.

The key purpose of the role is to implement and manage the land acquisition programme for the organisation. The successful candidate will be required to identify opportunities, assess their commercial viability and conduct the full purchase process through to construction. Furthermore, they will be required to manage and strengthen the existing land team and aid the future expansion of the business.

It is essential the individual has a background in residential development and can show strong experience of identifying and procuring land opportunities. They must also be a motivated character with a good work ethic.
