Are you an experienced estate or letting agent?

Online estate agent www.mousesale.co.uk is looking for suitably motivated indiviuals to help us gain a foothold in the local area.

Whilst this is essentially a start up opportunity, the mousesale concept has been three years in development and we have a number of key partners on board with us.

We are looking for franchisees and also partners who can introduce business to us in return for a referral fee.

mousesale can offer you:

- Income stream from property sales & lettings and ancillary business such as conveyancing, HIP's, financial services etc.

- Administrative and back office use of www.mousesale.co.uk state of the art website including automatic property uploads to our partner sites, automated mailing list and newsletter functions etc.

You may be aware that www.mousesale.co.uk has been featured on Radio 4, in The Daily Telegraph and countless other media. As a consequence, our website gets 100's of thousands of hits per month.

In order to capitalise on this success, we have recently launched a brand new website as part of our ambitious growth plans for 2009 and beyond. The company behind the new site www.wai.co.uk are market leaders in property website design and build. Amongst their many clients are the Daily Telegraph and Primelocation.com. WAI are also taking on board the recommendations of www.bigmouthmedia.com to maximise search engine optimisation.

We are also in the process of launching a sister company - www.mouselet.co.uk to cater for the growing rental market. mouselet will offer franchisees the option of outsourcing some or all of the property management aspects of letting to enable them to get on with the important aspect of attracting new business and matching landlords & tenants - whilst still generating a residual income!

We are very keen to meet like-minded people who share our vision for the future and who are ready to take the step towards establishing their own property business under the 'mousesale umbrella' - with our full support. We have ambitions to grow the business nationally. However we will only do that if we attract the right people at outset. The opportunity exists to run a mousesale or mouselet franchise - or simply introduce business to mousesale in return for a fee.

There are many companies currently trying to establish online property businesses to assist the growing number of people who want to sell property without a traditional estate agent. In our view many will fail because they are unable to offer the level of service that clients require. Nor can they obtain the critical mass of properties required to make the business viable.

Our proposition is different. Not only are we online estate and letting agents but we are also building a nationwide presence through a growing network of local agents. This means that we can offer our business partners a viable opportunity on a local level which is supported by a growing national company.

In addition to sites such as Prime Location and Findaproperty.com, our properties also appear on the UK's largest property website - Rightmove.co.uk and literally hundreds of smaller sites. Our clients include some of the UK's largest housebuilders including Bryant Homes and Persimmon as well as a number of regional developers. We therefore need more people on board to help us achieve our target of becoming the UK’s leading online estate and letting agent.
