Senior Rural Surveyor

Given an upturn in the local market they are now looking to add to their Rural team. They require a Senior Rural Surveyor with between 3-10 years PQE to help them deliver a professional service to an attractive client base. With a network of 3 offices the company are diversifying and expanding over the next few years offering good promotion prospects to someone coming in at a Senior level. Local knowledge of the market and the area is required and an existing client base within Suffolk / Norfolk would be desirable.

Key areas of experience are as follows: contract farming, farming knowledge (wheat yields/wheat prices/land prices), pipe line compensation, valuations, planning, tax advice, sales, tenancy, single payments, grants and subsidies.



The successful candidate will be working in a very hands-on environment and needs to be as keen to get involved in high-end tasks such as business development as well as the more administrative tasks involved in running the office. A good team-player is definitely required to suit this close-knit team with a strong ethos of work hard and play hard. They are still a relatively small company and so there is a true family feel amongst the staff and partners.

Salary of £30-40,000 dependent on experience

Profit share & commission for fee earners

21 days holiday per annum plus 1 day for every year worked.

Working hours - 9-5.30pm

Will support any CPD

Will pay professional subscriptions.
