Equity Portfolio Management are searching for highly motivated, self starters with entrepreneurial flair to become licensees of their unique Property Lettings Business Model. Experience of the property industry in not required as full training given.

Until now there has been no alternative to the traditional High Street lettings agency. However in addition to being able to offer the traditional services Equity Portfolio management has created a industry leading product, “The Platinum Guaranteed Rental Income Policy” this enables Landlords security of a rental income (1-5 years) even if the property is empty! Every Landlords Dream!

This product, in addition to very competitive traditional services, provides our licensees with an excellent proposition to take to market.

*How Does it Work*

As a licensee all you will need to do is find the Landlords and their properties! If you join us as a Platinum Licensee we’ll even find some leads to get you started!

Once you have signed them up and taken the details and photos of the properties they are then loaded on to all the major internet property portals.

We then handle all the incoming prospective tenant contact and arrange viewings with yourself.

*Support & Training*

· 2 days training – Sales, Admin, Industry, Market

· 1 day per month Combined Sales meeting and training session

· Quarterly review with National Sales Director

· Additional Self / Business Development available

· Dedicated Administrator to answer phone, make bookings and administer Letting paperwork

· Marketing strategy to enable maximum market penetration in the shortest possible time

*The Packages*

When you join Equity Portfolio Management you can choose one of three levels

Introducing Agent – Our basic level that allows you to introduce landlords to us in return for a commission. This package only includes the initial 2 days training

Standard Licensee – This level gives you all of the above support plus all the necessary manuals, stationary and documents to start your business

Platinum Licensee – As the standard package plus Fast Start you will receive additional marketing support including a guaranteed number of leads to get the launch of your business of to the best possible start.

*How much can I earn*

It goes without saying that this is your business so how much you earn is down to you. Below will give you an indication of what to expect from each level.

Introducing Agent – £7,800 Pa

Standard Licensee – £46,800 Pa

Platinum Licensee - £62,400 Pa
