This house is for sale. Could not find a for sale site so have used this space.
The house was built 1907. An attractive victorian type house. It has 3/4 bedrooms, 1-2 reception rooms. A very large kitchen and a 20 ft back garden.
The boiler was replaced 2 years ago. The loft has been boarded out properly. The bathroom is large enough to make two. It is to be sold partly furnished. ie:fridge, freezer, washing machine. There is a small shed outside that has seen better days. The main bedroom is very big and has 2 massive built in cupboards. Also there is wall to wall carpeting upstairs.
