My client is seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join a brigade of 12 chefs. You will be currently working as a Junior Sous Chef and looking for a new challenge or be a strong Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie looking for the next step in your career.
This is a top property with a brand new fitted kitchen. You will be third in charge so you must have great communication and man management skills and the experience of cooking using all fresh ingredients in fine dining/rosette establishment.
This is a very good opportunity to work for a very good and well known employer, temporary accommodation of approx 6 months can be provided if required.
