i am looking for an experienced chef de partie to fill a position that has recently been made available.
we are a large hotel just outside ipswich with a banquetting suite to seat 300 people
banquetting experience is preferable but by no means essential as training will be given,
Your duties will consist amongst others
assisting in all aspects of the kitchen
maintaining high standards of health and safety
contibuting to menu ideas
producing food for large numbers as well as residential diners

we are a busy banquetting operation with christmas coming up 1500 to 2000 covers a week to be expected through december in banquetting alone
you must have the ability to adapt and to move fast on your feet
good rate of pay for the correct candidate
whites supplied and laundered
28 days holiday
